On Saturday 26th January, Headington Prep Chamber Choir took part in the Oxford Music Festival, 'Choir 11 years and under' class.

They sang beautiful renditions of 'We are the Future' by Douglas Coombes and 'From a Railway Carriage' by Nico Muhly. They were commended by the chief adjudicator, Ralph Allwood, previous Head of Music at Eton, saying that he was really touched by 'We are the Future' and how poignant it was.

The morning ended with the announcement that the Chamber Choir had won their class! Well done to all the girls in the choir and to Mrs Amy Evetts, Head of Music.
