Pupils from Year 2 at Belmont School had a wonderful visit to the Poppy Factory in Richmond. They enjoyed a guided tour explaining the history of the Poppy as a national symbol of remembrance and the heritage of The Poppy Factory. They had the opportunity of walking round the factory floor to see how poppies were made and to even make some of their own to bring home. It was a most interesting, informative and fun day.
